1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Tundra Wisdom," "we," "us," "our" — refers to Tundra Wisdom, operating at 234 Donald Street, Suite 600, Winnipeg, MB R3C 1M8.
• "User," "you," "participant" — any individual who accesses our website or registers for a program.
• "Programs" — the educational sessions, courses, and associated materials offered by Tundra Wisdom.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• "Content" — all materials, workbooks, templates, and digital resources provided by Tundra Wisdom.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or registering for any Tundra Wisdom program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or register for our programs.

Our programs are designed for adults aged 18 and older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Service Description

Tundra Wisdom provides financial education programs for adults, delivered in-person at our Winnipeg location and, where indicated, via video call. Current programs include:

• Budgeting for Life Transitions (2 sessions) — CAD $205
• Understanding Investment Accounts (4 sessions) — CAD $420
• Estate and Legacy Planning Fundamentals (6 sessions) — CAD $875

Program availability, session schedules, and group sizes are subject to change. Registered participants will be notified in advance of any material changes.

4. Educational Purpose — Important Disclaimer

Tundra Wisdom provides financial education, not financial advice. Nothing communicated in our programs, on our website, or through our staff constitutes personalized investment advice, legal counsel, tax guidance, or any regulated financial service.

Our programs build financial literacy and vocabulary. Participants should consult qualified legal, financial, or tax professionals for advice specific to their personal circumstances. Results from participating in our programs will vary and depend on individual circumstances.

5. Registration and Enrollment

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Space in each program is limited and allocated on a first-registered basis. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, which we use solely for program coordination.

6. Payment Terms

Program fees are payable in full in Canadian dollars (CAD) at the time of registration.

Refund Policy:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before first session: full refund less a CAD $25 administrative fee
• Cancellation within 7 days of first session: 50% refund
• Cancellation after the first session has commenced: no refund
• If Tundra Wisdom cancels a program: full refund to all registered participants

7. User Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants
• Maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants in session
• Use materials provided solely for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without prior written consent
• Not use the website or services in any manner that could cause harm or violate applicable law

8. Intellectual Property

All program content — including workbooks, templates, digital toolkits, session materials, and website content — is the intellectual property of Tundra Wisdom. We grant participants a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use materials provided for their own learning purposes. No material may be reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.

9. Confidentiality

Tundra Wisdom treats all personal and financial information shared in sessions as strictly confidential. We do not share participant information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. We ask that participants extend the same courtesy to one another — what is shared in a session stays within that session.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Canadian law, Tundra Wisdom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our website, including financial losses resulting from decisions made following program participation.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tundra Wisdom and its staff from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of program content, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

Tundra Wisdom reserves the right to remove a participant from a program without refund if their conduct materially disrupts the experience for others or violates these Terms. A participant may withdraw from a program at any time, subject to the refund policy in Section 6.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba.

Before pursuing formal legal remedies, we encourage participants to contact us directly at [email protected] to resolve concerns informally. We will make a good-faith effort to address any issue raised within 14 business days.

14. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Tundra Wisdom with respect to the use of our services.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or programs following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
